We understand how important graduation is to you! We were students once as well. If there is anything we can do, whether customizing certain regalia or fixing any issue, we will work with you to make sure that everything is great on your special day.
RETURNS
Please be sure when ordering to double check that everything (i.e. sizes, colors) are correct. However, we understand mistakes happen and when they do: hakuna matata.
Unopened and unused purchased regalia may be returned within 2 weeks of purchase date. Simply ship the products back to us and a full refund (minus 15% restocking fee) will be given within 3 weeks of receiving the package.
If anything is our fault, we shall offer a full refund and pay for shipping. No one likes mistakes...and neither do we!

What is your exchange policy?
If you ordered the wrong size (doh!), we can help with exchanges if we have them in stock. However, since they come customized, there is a possibility we won't have them in stock.
To exchange, please contact us within 2 weeks of purchase date explaining the situation, and we will check whether we have it in stock.
Buyer pays shipping + $25 restocking fee (to ship new gowns and inventory old gowns).

We deliver to the 48 continental states.
How long do I have to wait for a refund?
Refunds may take up to 4 weeks once you send your product (shipping, processing, and bank refunding your account).
What are your delivery options?
Orders for spring graduation will begin to be shipped out at the end of March. If you need something quicker, please write it in the "special requests" to see if we can fulfill it. Usually our custom orders take 5-6 weeks to produce.
